- Access is only available on entering the referral code while logging in. In absence of a referral code, you will be redirected to the main website.
- Exclusive price for Friends & Family Sale is mentioned for each SKU. Flat 70% off is applicable on all products listed on the sale page.
- Main website products cannot be clubbed with Friends & Family Sale products in the same cart for billing.
- A maximum of 18 items is allowed in a single order. Multiple orders are allowed without any restriction on total count of orders.
- Only a single piece, per product per order, is allowed. However, multiple sizes of the same product can be purchases in a single order.
- E.g. : Total 18 products per order, one size per product only 1 piece is allowed per order, and one product multiple sizes are allowed in the same order.
- Orders can only be placed for delivery at your respective residential address/ other addresses. Office, store and warehouse premises/ addresses are not allowed for delivery.
- Only prepaid orders are allowed. Cash On Delivery option is not available.

- Returns/ exchanges/ cancellation are not allowed for Friends & Family Sales orders.
- Shipping charges are applicable as per existing policy.

Friends & Family Sale – FAQ’s
Q1. When is the Friends & Family Sale happening? The sale runs from 21st February 2026 to 25th February 2026.
Q2. How do I access the sale? Log in with your registered mobile number, OTP, and referral code. Each brand requires a separate login.
Q3. What if I don’t have a referral code? Without a referral code, you’ll be redirected to the brand’s main website and won’t see the Friends & Family Sale prices.
Q4. Which brand website are part of the sale? The sale is available on: SELECTED
Q5. What discount is offered? A flat 70% off is applicable on all products listed on the Friends & Family Sale page.
Q6. Can I mix sale products with regular website products in one cart? No, sale products and main website products cannot be billed together in the same cart.
Q7. How many items can I order at once? You can order up to 18 items per order. Multiple orders are allowed.
Q8. Can I buy more than one piece of the same product? Only one piece per product per order is allowed. However, you can buy multiple sizes of the same product in a single order.
Q9. Where can my order be delivered? Orders can only be delivered to residential or personal addresses. Office, store, or warehouse addresses are not allowed.
Q10. What payment methods are accepted? Only prepaid orders are accepted. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Q11. Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order? No, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not allowed for Friends & Family Sale orders.
Q12. How do I track my order? Go to My Account > Order History to view and track your order details.
Q13. Are shipping charges applicable? Yes, shipping charges apply as per the existing policy.
Q14. What happens in case of disputes? The decision of Selected RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED will be final and binding. All disputes fall under Mumbai jurisdiction.
- WAT-A-WEEKEND sale is valid from 16th January 2026 to 18th January 2026.
- During the WAT-A-WEEKEND sale Campaign multiple offers can be clubbed together.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for product purchases during the WAT-A-WEEKEND sale period.
- Shipping Charges : Flat shipping fee of ₹199
- Optional No-Returns Coupon - Customers may avail an additional 10% discount by applying the No-Return Coupon on the order.
Please note:
- Purchases made using the No-Returns Coupon are final and not eligible for return and/or refund.
- To raise a return request for purchases made without the No-Returns Coupon during the WAT-A-WEEKEND sale, kindly ensure:
- The unboxing video is provided for verification
- The product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags & packaging intact
- The return request is initiated within 4 days of delivery
- Return requests will be processed upon completion of quality check
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain product quality and smooth returns.

1. Why have the product prices changed recently?
Under the new GST 2.0 rules, the Government of India has revised GST rates. We’re passing these GST savings directly to you through reduced prices on eligible products.
2. Which products are covered under the revised GST benefit?
Products priced between ₹1,050–₹2,625 now have lower GST and the discount is directly passed on to you at billing. No increase in prices of products priced above ₹2,625. More style, more savings!
3. How will the reduced GST rates reflect in my bill?
Our billing system auto-applies with the revised GST discount. The invoice shows the final price with GST discount included, no extra steps needed.
4. What happens if I return a product purchased before 22nd September 2025, after the new GST rates are effective?
Any product purchased before 22nd September 2025 and returned afterwards will be governed by the old GST rates applicable at the time of purchase. Returns of items purchased before 22nd September 2025 will be processed at the old GST rates as per your original bill.
5. How is GST applied on discounted items or sale products?
Our discounted items are inclusive of revised GST savings.

How long does it take to deliver my order?
Most orders arrive within 5-10 days of order being confirmed. An order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to you, post which an SMS/Email notification will be sent, once your order is shipped.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charge of INR 99 will be levied on orders worth INR 2499 and below. Delivery charges are not refundable in case of such orders.
Do you deliver outside India?
We only ship within India but accept most international credit cards.
What happens when no one is available to accept the shipment?
If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre. In case of a prepaid order, a refund will be generated as credits into your website account. These credits can be used for future transactions on selected.in. Please check CREDITS section in FAQs for more details.
WAT-A-WEEKEND sale (16th to 18th January 2026)
Special shipping rates apply during the event: ₹199 flat shipping
You can check the status of your order via the Tracking link shared with you via SMS, or by clicking on “Track” listed on the top right corner of the homepage. Upon clicking, you will be asked to provide your Order No. or AWB No. You can then view your order history and track your current order/s in real time.
Please Note: The tracking link is activated post 24 hours of the order being received.
Do you split shipments?
Sometimes, we ship orders in multiple parts, so we can get you each part faster, therefore, one of the shipments may arrive in advance of another.
Order Delayed - Should I wait or cancel my order?
We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. In the event that your delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at help@SELECTEDHOMME.IN with your tracking number, so we can assist you with the same.
Can Selected cancel my order?
Occasionally we may have to cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued
- The item is damaged in transit
In case this is a pre-paid order, we will refund the amount to your payment source account
Can I return damaged items?
If your order is tampered, opened, or visibly damaged on delivery, return the order on arrival and notify our Customer Care team by emailing help@SELECTEDHOMME.IN
Can I pay on delivery?
Pay on Delivery is available as a payment option in most of the pin codes we deliver to. You can choose to pay via cash, or through a UPI, Wallet or Debit Cards.
Can online payment methods do you accept?
We support all major domestic and international credit cards, debit cards, wallets and banks for net banking.
How to cancel my order?
Only orders that haven't left the fulfilment centre can be cancelled. To cancel an order, view the order details in My Account >Orders> Select Product> Cancel. If the order has already been shipped from our fulfilment centre, then you can refuse to accept the delivery and send it back with the courier partner. A refund will be generated, after the product is received at our fulfilment centre.
How to return my order?
A request for return can only be raised post 24 hours of receipt of product. All returns requests must be received within 15 days of delivery. To return a product, view the order details in - My Account > Orders> Select Product > Return. Once the request is processed, the return order will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the return request.
Please provide your product details and the reason for your return, so we can keep improving your shopping experience. Once your return request has been generated, we’ll send you a confirmation via SMS and email.
What is your return policy?
Most items are eligible for returns (and refunds), except for personal use items such as masks, swimwear, innerwear ( boxers, briefs, trunks, vest, pyjamas), sunglasses, fragrances, socks and jewellery. All refundable items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes)
The refund will be processed post quality inspection of the product(s). This may take 5-7 working days post receipt of goods at our fulfilment centre.
Can I return sale items?
If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code.
Products purchased using a Non-Returnable coupon code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. By applying this code at checkout, you agree that the specified items will be ineligible for our standard return policy.
WAT-A-WEEKEND sale (16th to 18th January 2026)
- During the WAT-A-WEEKEND (16th to 18th January 2026), returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery.
- All purchases made using a No Returns Coupon are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

How can I return 'Cash on Delivery' purchase?
If you had opted for pay on delivery at the time of purchase, you have the option to receive your refund via credits into your website account, or an account refund via a link.
To select your preferred mode of refund, please go to My Account> Orders> Select the product/s > Select ‘Cancel’ or ‘Return’. You will be directed to a page where you can select the preferred way for initiating a refund.
- Selected Credits- refund will be generated as credits into your website account. It takes 2-3 working days for the credits to reflect in your website account after receipt of returned merchandise in our fulfilment centre. For more details, please check the CREDITS section.
- Account Refund- To receive an account refund, a link will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number, along with an OTP verification code post receipt of returned items at our fulfilment centre. Click on the link to add your bank account details to initiate a refund.
Please Note: Refunds are not processed on bank holidays, Sundays and non-working alternate Saturdays.
How can I cancel a prepaid order?
For pre-paid orders, you can choose to receive the refund back to the payment source account, where the payment was made from, or you can receive the refund as credits in your website account, which can be used for future transactions.
To select your preferred mode of refund, please go to My Account> Orders> Select the product/s > Select ‘Cancel’ or ‘Return’. You will be directed to a page where you can select the preferred way for initiating a refund.

- Back to Source – You will receive the refund in card / account used at the time of purchase. The refund will be initiated after receipt of returned merchandise at our fulfilment centre. It may take up to 5 days for the amount to reflect in the source account.
At Selected, it has always been an endeavour to cater effectively to our discerning customer, by offering a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. However, there are instances where we have seen a misuse of the many services that we offer, especially on ‘free returns’ or failing to accept a ‘pay on delivery’ shipment. To circumvent this issue and to be able to upkeep our level of efficiency and customer satisfaction, going forward, the brand will reserve the right to levy a shipping charge or disable the option of pay on delivery and/ or not accept orders altogether from certain pincodes/ registered email ids.

10. In case of any dispute regarding the Selected credits, the decision of Selected Retail Private Limited shall be binding.
11. In the event of a return of a product/s paid via credits, the said amount will be refunded as credits in your www.selectedhomme.inaccount
12. The credit points cannot be in excess of INR 10,000 at any point in time
13. Selected Credits cannot be redeemed during certain special promotions/offers on www.selectedhomme.in, including a Flat 60% Off Offer, Super Weekend and Super Saturday
